My Story

I live on Maui with my wife who was born and raised here. We live on her family’s land with two cats.

After the Lahaina fire in 2023 and her breast cancer diagnosis in 2024, I left a decades-long content marketing career and reassessed what I was doing with my life.

Now, I paint what I love — reading and Maui — and share prints with you. I also write on Substack about books and life post-“career.”

Just a quick catch-up: my hair is longer when straight, painting a little, the tomatoes are here, the tomatoes are delicious, a great book, a record from childhood I found at Maui’s only record store, and a shift at Lululemon.
